If the dog's hair is too long and thick, you can use 2 long metal contact pieces, which can enlarge the contact area and get good results. First, test the 3 modes (beep, vibration, and shock) using the test light. Make sure the prongs are making full contact. The collar should be worn snugly, with 2 fingers being able to fit between the collar and the dog's neck. Try adjusting the modes and finding the suitable one for your dog.

If the dog still doesn't respond after these steps, it may not be suitable for your dog, and you should contact us to arrange a return. The warranty is 24 months, and you can get brand support through the user manual or product package.

This is a remote-controlled collar, so you need to send a signal by pressing the button on the remote. It's easy to switch between 2 dogs, as there are "dog 1" and "dog 2" buttons on the remote. If you don't want to use the shock function, you don't need to install the contact points and metal sheets.

It's recommended not to have your dog wear the collar for more than 8 hours a day, and to reposition the collar every 2 hours to avoid skin irritation. Do not attach the dog leash to this collar, and avoid leaving the receiver on the dog for more than 12 hours per day, using it within 6 hours. Check the dog's skin condition every day.
